Our Policies

We pride ourselves on giving you the highest standard or care. At Lunè Medical Spa we have a set of core policies to protect patient safety, manage scheduling, and comply with medical regulations.

  • Cancelation & No Shows: We require a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 fee.

  • Late Arrival Policy: Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients.
  • Consultation Policy: Certain treatments require a medical consultation before treatment to ensure the service is safe and appropriate.
  • Refund Policy: Lunè Medical Spa have a no-refund policy on services performed, since results vary by individual. Retail products may be refundable or exchangeable within a certain time frame if unopened.

  • Treatment Eligibility & Medical Disclosures: Clients must complete medical history forms and disclose medications or conditions before treatment. The provider may decline or postpone treatment if it is not medically appropriate.

Dr. Lucas Davis

Medical Director

Dr. Davis studied biochemistry at Clemson University, graduating with honors in 2003. Following graduation he moved to Charleston and attended the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia in 2012. Dr. Davis now resides in Georgia with his wife and their children. He loves spending his free time with his family and being outdoors. Some of his favorite spots are the lake, the golf course, and his back yard.
